When I'm not teaching self-defence classes and courses as part of the London Krav Maga instructor team, you'll find me delivering training programmes directly to a range of clients: Men and women of all ages. Over the years my work has included teaching nationally, though I can be mostly found within the London area and online too!

From time to time I run free events and work with charity organisations working with people whom have experienced violence. Working with both survivors and staff alike and it’s through these experiences: I understand that teaching self-defence goes far beyond empowering the student physically.

Before self-defence coaching, I had a long career in advertising as an art director along with an interest in keeping fit which led me to a background of teaching both strength and circuit training.

Staring my self-defence coaching journey started with Krav Maga back in 2003 as a pastime; has taken me on a career path that I love and that continues to inspire me as I see the changes it makes in the people I teach.
